The DMS Forecasting Sales Reporting Module receives PAD (Product Activity Data) via the eDocument Module The PAD document usually contains the sales and stock position by SKU (Stock Keeping Unit) in a customers retail store for last week and any outstanding orders from a supplier not yet received. On receipt of this information it is stored in a customer history file and used to provide the following analysis and reports.

• Future forecasts and trends for a Product within a Store and Nationally.
• Historical sales for a Product within a Store and Nationally.
• Provide the data to Compile seasonality Indexes at three levels,
• Nationality, by Store, by Department within a Store and by Product within a Store in the VMI / RPO Module.
• Current stock holdings within a Store and Nationally by quantity, by dollar value at wholesale and retail and weeks cover.
• Best Sellers by Product within Store and Nationally.
• Slow moving Product within a Store and Nationally.
• Export data to an external software package (e.g. Microsoft Excel) or using the Import / Export Module.
