The DMS Inventory Mgt (Standard) Module will enable a company to effectively manage Inventory in a single warehouse Multiple location environment. Allows fixed bench scanning or operates in via Wireless RF (Radio Frequency) PDT (Portable Data Terminal) or via a Batch PDT. This provides an online stock Transaction capability and eliminates the need to data enter the stock Transactions as a secondary step.

Inconjuction with the DMS Stocktake Module allows ABC cycle counting to create a PI (Prepetual Inventory) environment. Provides the ability to review stock transaction history during a stocktake to help resolve stocktake errors quickly and reduce the time to finalise a stocktake.

Where a company has a multiple warehouse environment they should consisder the Inventory Mgt (Advanced Module)

The main Inventory screen displays Inventory items by the selected criteria, Company, Warehouse, Location, Product, Brand and Range, with totals for positive value Qty stock and dollars, Negative value Qty stockand dollars and total Nett value Qty stock and dollars. The Inventory items can be sorted by Product, EAN, Warehouse and SOH (Stock On Hand) lowest to highest. Also will filter stock based on stock with Negative value Quantities or Positive value Quantities or Zero value.
